HOW TO FIND THE PERFECT FIT FOR YOUR CANINE COMPANION.

At Moo Moo & Bear, we know that each of our furry friends are unique.  When purchasing a new collar for your dog it is important to find the right collar size to ensure an optimal fit for both safety and comfort.  Please ensure you take the time to measure your dog before making a purchase to ensure the collar size is the most suitable. We recommend choosing the size that gives the most room.  Please refer to our guide below when measuring your dog.

When measuring for collars:
  • Please allow a two finger space between neck and collar. 
  • The above measurements are the length of collar and not neck measurement.​
  • The collar lengths are all approximate due to the handmade nature of each of our collars. 
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG
Using a soft tape measure, place it around your dogs neck in the same position a collar would be worn and measure.  
For example - Neck Size is 32cm, + a 2cm comfort space = 34cm - so a medium would be a great fit.  We recommend sizing up if you are measuring near the end  of our given collar sizes to allow for comfort and grooming.

Our 100% cotton bandanas are soft and comfortable to wear.  The dogs collar slips through the bandana top for a simple and safe fit.  Please do allow your collar to be adjusted slightly larger when wearing a bandana.

DICKIE & BOW SIZE GUIDE

Bow Tie Size Guide | Moo Moo & Bear

All bow ties will be made to fit a 20mm collar unless purchasing a co-ordinating collar.  Should you require a different width fitting, please add a note at checkout.

Our dickies and bows are easily fitted by sliding over the collar.  They are designed to not droop...I mean who wants a droopy dickie?
